This isn't a "flaw" in your design; it is a brilliant survival mechanism. Just as a physical cast protects a broken bone while it sets, a Heart-Wall acts as a temporary barrier to help you "get through" difficult seasons. It serves a vital purpose when you are in survival mode.

The challenge is that while armor is great for protection, it is heavy to live in. Once the "crisis" has passed, the buffer often remains in place. The Timeline

The First Session:

We begin the clearing process immediately. During your first session, we identify the specific priority emotions—whether they are part of the Heart-Wall or other trapped energies—that your system is ready to let go of.

Complete Clearing:

On average, it takes between 2 to 5 sessions to fully dismantle the Heart-Wall and clear the surrounding emotional clutter.

The Pace:
