How it Works
You don't need to understand everything for this to work.
Many people come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or simply sensing that something isn't quite right. You don't need to have all the answers or even know exactly where to begin.
This process is gentle and meets you where you are.
Before the session, we will briefly discuss what you are experiencing and what you would like help with. Afterwards, you can relax while I guide the process. I will send you the session report within 48 hours.
What Happens During a Session?
All sessions are held remotely, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home. Sessions can take place over the phone or through another agreed-upon remote format.
You don't need to prepare anything beforehand or know exactly what you want to work on. Some people come with a specific area they would like support with, while others prefer to let the session unfold naturally.
At the beginning of the session, we briefly talk about what you would like to focus on. If there are several areas you would like support with, I recommend choosing up to three topics or intentions for each session. Focusing on fewer areas allows us to work more deeply and intentionally, giving the process space to unfold and making it easier to notice meaningful shifts afterward.
You don't need to know exactly what to prioritize before the session. We can decide together what feels most important to focus on at that time.
From there, I guide the process while you can simply relax.
During the session, we focus on identifying and releasing emotional blocks one step at a time. There is no need to relive difficult experiences or analyze the past in detail.
Because this work requires focus and concentration, we keep our attention on what is coming up during the session.
Some people prefer to explore additional details around certain emotions or experiences, while others choose a simpler approach. Both are completely okay. The session is always tailored to your individual needs and what feels right for you.
Every person's experience is unique, but many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, or more at ease after a session.
Many people appreciate that they don't need to relive difficult experiences or spend hours analyzing the past. Instead, we focus on what you're experiencing now and allow things to shift naturally from there.
Every person's experience is unique, but many describe feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, or more like themselves after a session.
What we start with
At the beginning of the session, we take a moment to connect.
You can share:
what’s been on your mind
how you’ve been feeling
or simply that something feels “off”
You don’t need to have the right words—we’ll find a starting point together
I guide the process while you can relax and stay present.
You don’t need to “do” anything or try to figure things out.
There’s no pressure to perform or understand what’s happening.
We work gently with what comes up, step by step.
Most people don’t feel anything during a session, while some experiense some sort of memory from the past.
During the session
After the session
People often notice subtle but meaningful shifts, such as:
feeling lighter or calmer
more clarity in their thoughts
a sense of relief or ease
feeling more like themselves again
Sometimes the change is immediate, and sometimes it continues to unfold afterward.
About the method
I use a method called the Emotion Code as part of my work.
It’s a gentle approach focused on releasing emotional blocks.
You don’t need to understand the method for it to be effective—what matters most is your experience.
Every person is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all answer.
The number of sessions depends on your individual experiences, what you would like support with, and how your process unfolds over time.
Many people notice meaningful shifts within 1–3 sessions when focusing on a specific issue, while others choose to continue for deeper support.
We always work at a pace that feels right for you.
How many sessions are needed?
This work is a supportive, non-medical approach focused on your personal experience and emotional well-being.
