This free introduction session is available for new clients. Before and during the session, you're welcome to share what's been on your mind, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work.
I recommend focusing on one main area or issue that you would like support with.
There is no pressure to continue afterwards—this is simply an opportunity to connect and explore whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.
Full Session
For deeper support and a full experience
This is the best place to start if you're ready to give yourself the time and space for a deeper session.
During the session, we begin by focusing on what you would like support with. If appropriate, we may also work with releasing a heart-wall. From there, we follow what your body is ready to address at its own pace.
The intention of this work is to support your body's natural ability to move toward a more balanced and peaceful state. Every person's experience is unique, and there is no need to force or understand the process for it to unfold.
Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, more at ease, or more like themselves after a session.

Focused Session
For something specific or a shorter check-in
This session is ideal if you would like support with one particular area or feel that a shorter session is enough for you at this time.
It may be a good fit if:
You have one clear thing you would like to focus on
You have worked with me before and would like a follow-up session
You feel that you don't need a full session
You would like gentle support and guidance around a specific topic
Even within a shorter session, we work at your body's own pace and focus on what feels most important in the moment.

Session For Pets
Gentle support for your pet
Pets can experience stress and emotional responses just as we do. Sessions are held remotely and are tailored to your pet's individual needs.
People often seek support for their pets during periods of change, after stressful experiences, or simply to support their overall emotional well-being.
As with all sessions, every pet is unique, and experiences vary from one animal to another.
